You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
p3333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods for Philippine players:
p3333 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Deposits are credited to your p3333 Account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. p3333 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. p3333 targets processing of standard GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval, though processing times may vary. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
p3333 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. p3333 reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay, or decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.
6.1 p3333 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all p3333 promotions:
6.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — is strictly prohibited. p3333 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.
7.1 All games available on the p3333 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.
7.2 All p3333 games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. p3333 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, p3333 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the Player's Account balance.
7.4 p3333 reserves the right to void any wager or game result that is the product of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed or paid.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p3333 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
9.1 All content on the p3333 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of p3333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
9.3 The p3333 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of p3333. You may not use any p3333 trademark without prior written consent.
10.1 p3333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 p3333 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p3333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 p3333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p3333 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 p3333 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude p3333's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 p3333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if p3333 reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
13.2 Upon termination of your Account for cause, p3333 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Balances will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to p3333, subject to completion of KYC and anti-money laundering checks.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting p3333 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the p3333 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact p3333 customer support to initiate this process.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, p3333 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
15.1 p3333 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p3333 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
15.2 The revised Terms & Conditions will be effective from the date stated in the updated document. Your continued use of the p3333 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
15.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13.3.
